integration coaching program

This 3-month or 6-month portal will support you to deepen into your path. Leaning into, rather than away from, yourself, your journey, and your experience.

Bring your fear, your hope, your stuck places to a warm hearted container.

plant support consultation

This is an option for emotional and spiritual support via working directly with the plants.

I will meet with you, hear your story, and recommend gentle, yet powerful flower essences, teas, and salves to support you.

birth doula

Support through your birth year, including prenatal, postnatal, and labor support. This can include additional plant and ceremonial support as well.

There are several options here: Standard work together would include 2 prenatal appointments, labor support, and 1-2 postnatal appointments. Additional postpartum support can be added to assist with the transition.
