What can I expect in my box?
Each month will be unique and filled with herbal products to support you during the month. An example of an herbal tea may be Heart Center featuring nettles, hibiscus flowers, and lemon balm. A homemade rose oil may be added to continue the theme. Each box will be focused on a specific topic and will include 3-5 products.

What is a tincture?
It is a concentrated herbal extract with an alcohol base. The properties of the plant are extracted by the alcohol and the herbs are strained out leaving a strong liquid. For many of the tinctures, I recommend one dropper-full in a 4-oz glass of water.

What if I have zero experience with herbs?
No problem! and Welcome :) Each box will come with a detailed note explaining what each product is and how to use it.

Why herbs?
Our bodies attune with herbs very quickly on a physical and energetic level. Plants work with our bodies to help find balance in a way that pharmaceuticals cannot. Herbs are complex and have a variety of constituents that our bodies are familiar with from years of evolution with plants.

Why 3-months?
Herbs find their way into our hearts over time. The opportunity to bring a variety of herbal products into your home over a 3-month timeframe gives ample opportunity for you to use them in times of emotional or physical upset, as well as, in every day ways to soothe and balance your system.

When does the 3-months begin?
The first surprise boxes will be mailed during the 1st week in April. This offer will run April, May and June. A perfect way to transition through the spring :)
